Cedwise.com Return Policy

At Cedwise, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

1. General Return Window

  • You may return most new, unopened, and unused items in their original packaging within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in resellable condition (unopened seal intact, no signs of use, original packaging undamaged, and all included accessories/components present).

2. Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened or used:

  • All skincare, facial cleansers, serums, moisturizers, masks, sunscreens, and body care products

  • Makeup and cosmetic items

  • Brushes, sponges, and applicators

  • Any product with a broken or missing hygiene seal

We are unable to accept returns on opened/used items even if within the 30-day window, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (see section 4).

3. Non-Returnable Items (Even if Unopened)

  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

4. Exceptions – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, expired, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return label and send a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) as you prefer. Photos of the issue are appreciated to speed up processing.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within the eligible return window at support@cedwise.com or call/text 276-365-8071.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  4. Return the item(s) to the address we provide along with the RMA number clearly written on the package.

Returns without an RMA number may experience delays or be refused.

6. Refund Timeline & Method

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged/defective/incorrect items.

  • If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund for returned items.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns (except where we sent the wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

8. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different shade, size, or variant if available. Please let us know at the time of your return request so we can reserve the new item for you.

9. Business & Wholesale Orders

Returns on bulk, wholesale, or business purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval.
